- Degree in Architecture
- Wide ranging experience in design of large scale projects
- Vast experience with constructions systems and standards
- Proven knowledge of construction details and technical
  specifications
- Skilled in managing a design team and co-ordinating work with
  consultants
- Skilled in production, co-ordination, vetting and checking of design
  drawings and specs
- Proficient in ARCHICAD / MAC OS X preferred

Based in:                    Singapore

PROJECT ARCHITECTS                   SINGAPORE
- Degree in Architecture
- Vast experience in Building Construction, Design or related fields of
  medium to large scale projects
- Board of Architects registration preferred
- Experience in project management
- Familiar with local building requirements and regulations
- Must be well versed with bylaws; submission/clearing of plans with
  Authorities
- Skilled in production, checking of design drawings and specifications
- Experience in co-ordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and
  the Design Team
- Able to travel to regional locations
- Proficient in AutoCAD2000 / MAC OS X and ARCHICAD
